Job Description:
Education: High School Diploma
Qualifications: Excellent human relations, organizational, and communications skills; knowledge of records management and information systems; able to multi-task and meet timelines; proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, knowledge of Google applications
Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Maintenance and monitoring of student records.
Enroll new students, ensuring proper documentation is on file.
Maintain confidentiality of student records.
Complete graduation verification and student transcript requests.
Function as school building receptionist.
Scheduling, organizing, and maintaining calendars.
Perform clerical duties.
Type reports and correspondence.
Work collaboratively with office staff on large school related projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by the building principal.
Work Environment and Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; occasionally walk and stand. The ability to hear and see in order to communicate effectively as well as communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; Maintain effective audio/visual discrimination and perception to the degree necessary for the successful performance of assigned duties; Maintain mental capacity, allowing for effective interaction and communication with others.
Terms of Employment: Classified 12-month position.
Evaluation: By the Principal annually

Salary Range -$19.46 - $24.18 / Per Hour
