English Learner (EL) Instructor:

Remainder of 2024-2025 School Year;100% FTE

Location: Mandan Public School District

Position Summary:

Mandan Public Schools is currently accepting applications for a full-time English Learner (EL) Instructor. The English Learner instructor provides English language development instruction to students, working collaboratively with other instructional staff to meet the individual needs of each student.
 

Essential Functions:
Provides instruction to English learner students.
Completes language proficiency assessments and assists with accommodations with district assessments.
Provides training for paraprofessionals and classroom teachers on appropriate EL instructional strategies for students.
Responsible for EL student case management.
 

Reports to:
Building Principal
 

Qualifications:
Must hold an appropriate secondary license from the ND Education Standards and Practices Board. 
ESL Endorsement is required.

Primary Location    -MANDAN PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT
Salary Range    -$53,800.00 / Per Year
Shift Type    -Full-Time
