Job Description:

Bismarck High School is seeking a motivated and passionate Head Girl's Golf Coach to lead our girls' golf program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in golf, coaching experience, and a commitment to promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth among student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the girls’ golf team.
Plan and conduct daily practices, focusing on skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
Manage all aspects of the team, including scheduling practices and competitions, and coordinating with school administration.
Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and a love for the game.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school officials.
Monitor student-athlete academic performance and provide guidance as needed.
Organize and lead team fundraising efforts and community outreach.

Qualifications:

Previous coaching experience, preferably in high school or youth golf.
Strong knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
Must pass a background check as per school district policies.

Salary Range    -$4,044.00 - $5,459.00 / Per Year
