Job Description:
This new K-12 special education teacher would join our current full-time K-12 SPED teacher to oversee all of our special education needs. Our current SPED teacher will be leaving for maternity leave, so the
new teacher would be trained and assume all responsibilities while the current teacher is on maternity leave. We will keep both SPED teachers full time when the current teacher returns from maternity leave. This would continue the following year with 2 SPED teachers for our district.
Benefits/Compensation
Personal Leave 3 days, Sick Leave 10 days, Health Insurance paid 100% by employer or pay
out of $4500, NDTFFR (retirement plan) paid 100% by employer at 24.5% of employee salary.
Base Salary 0 years experience: $40,400 (23-25 negotiated agreement).
Signing Bonus: $6000 paid over 3 years (new teachers or out of state teachers only).
