Position Details
The Litchville-Marion School District seeks a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. Join our team in our newly constructed facility designed to inspire and support effective learning for our students.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects aligned with district and state standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment to support the diverse needs of students.
• Assess student learning through formative and summative evaluations, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative learning community.
• Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods into daily instruction.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in elementary education or a related field.
• Valid North Dakota teaching license (or ability to obtain)

Compensation
Competitive salary and benefits package based on experience and district guidelines.  The base salary for the 2024-2025 school year is $44,100.00.  Benefits include $10,175 towards a 125 cafeteria plan, 12 sick days, and 2 personal days.
