Job Description:

New England Public School is seeking a Full-Time K-12 Principal for the 2024-2025 school year. The princiapl would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the schools operations, including academics, student behavior, staff management, community relations, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for students.    The Principal would be responsible for ensuring a safe and positive  learning environment for students, by developing and implementing curriculum, evaluating teacher performance, and actively engaging with parents and staff to promote student success.   New England Public School is an innovative school district with a steady enrollment of 285 students K-12. We are looking for a collaborative team player that is willing to continually grow as an administrator and to provide our staff and students with the essential skills for their success. New facilities and excellent technology integrated throughout the building.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education Administration or related field
• Valid teaching license and administrative certification
• Proven leadership and management experience in an educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on student needs
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies
• Commitment to fostering a positive school culture and promoting student success
