- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Set up and manage VPN connections for remote employees
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
- Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updates and patches
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and policies
- Document all technical procedures and solutions
