Human Resources Manager

Light of Christ Catholic Schools, a private K through 12 school system in Bismarck, ND, is inviting applications for a skilled Human Resources Manager to spearhead all aspects of our human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, payroll and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, administering employee benefits, overseeing payroll functions, handling employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, facilitating performance management, and leading leadership development initiatives. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, 5+ years of HR experience preferred, proficiency in HR software and other computer software (Word, Excel, etc.), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to manage complex situations and maintain confidentiality.
