Job Description:

Jamestown Public School has an opening for an After School Site Coordinator for the 2025-2026 School Year.

This is a part-time position working up to 30 hours per week.

SUMMARY:
Responsible to lead, coordinate, and support all After School 21CCLC programs within the Jamestown Public School District (JPS). Supports the overall goals, objectives, and strategies of JPS. Responsible for evaluating program ratings against appropriate sections of Standards 1-5 of the AdvancED Accreditation “self-review” standards. Implements cohesive actions to improve self-ratings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•             One to two years of comparable work experience
•             Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal relations skills
•             Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

    Implement and manage the policies, regulations, and procedures of JPS and the 21CCLC.
    Serve as an educational leader. Responsible for teaching, tutoring, coaching, and mentoring of employees and students.
    Ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment and provide instruction that meets and exceeds the needs of the community.
    Responsible for employees, emergency procedures, resource scheduling, and facilities operation during program hours.
    Maintain documentation for all 21CCLC students. Submit accountability reports to the grant manager within the required time frame.
    Coordinate and supervise staff which may include, but are not limited to, site visits, staff meetings, and employee contacts.
    Working with the Business Manager's Administrative Assistant, review past program trends, data, and funding to provide input for future grant applications following agency policies and procedures.
    Review the current programs and identify potential funding opportunities that align with the strategic goals of JPS.
    Participate in strategic planning and implementation for the agency through attending meetings and planning sessions.
    Responsible for acquiring a talented workforce following established organizational policy and procedures.
    Other duties may be assigned by the Superintendent of designee.



Other:

The starting wage for this position is $21.00/hour to $21.71/hour, depending on experience.
