Job Description:

Qualifications:
A Master’s Degree in Educational Administration or Educational Leadership
A North Dakota Elementary Principal’s Credential or a K-12 Principal’s Credential
Experience preferred, but not required
Strong instructional leadership, organization development, and management skills
Ability to work with a team, collaborate, communicate, and cooperate with colleagues,
supervisors, families, and students

Primary Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining a positive school climate
Overseeing student discipline and addressing behavioral issues
Evaluating teacher performance and providing constructive feedback
Addressing staff concerns and providing support
Building strong relationships with parents and community stakeholders
Ensuring adherence to district policies, state regulations, and federal mandates
Using student data to inform instructional decisions and interventions
Lead professional development and school initiatives
