Job Summary:
The Title I Grant and Family Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the effective management of Title I grant programs and the development and implementation of comprehensive family engagement strategies. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, maximizes the impact of Title I funding, and fosters strong partnerships between schools, families, and the community to support student achievement.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Title I Grant Management:
Develop, manage, and monitor Title I budgets.
Prepare and submit Title I grant applications and reports.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state Title I regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Title I programs.
Conduct program evaluations and analyze data to assess program effectiveness.
Ensure staff accountability and Title I requirements are met.
Family Engagement:
Develop and implement a comprehensive family engagement plan with district, parent/family and community involvement.
Organize and facilitate parent workshops, meetings, and events.
Provide resources and support to families to enhance their involvement in their children's education.
Improve communication between schools and families through various channels.
Assist families in understanding state academic standards, assessments, and school policies.
Build and maintain positive relationships with families from diverse backgrounds.
Community Outreach:
Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations and agencies.
Connect families with community resources and support services.
Promote school-community collaboration to support student success.
Other Responsibilities:
Provide training and support to school staff on Title I requirements and family engagement strategies.
Stay informed about current research and best practices in Title I and family engagement.
Attend relevant professional development opportunities and dissemination of information.
Collaboration with other federally funded programs.
