Job Description:

Barnes County North is seeking applicants for a kindergarten teacher. We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative educator who is committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for our younger learners. The ideal candidate will possess strong classroom management skills, a student-centered teaching approach, and a dedication to early childhood education.

The desired candidate must have a bachelor’s degree, a valid ND teaching license with a kindergarten endorsement (or a plan to obtain one) and pass a required background check.

Pursuant to the teacher agreement - $43,000 base (Permanent) + Benefits include: full single health policy or flex benefit, TFFR, long-term disability, sick leave, personal leave, and other benefits as listed on the negotiated agreement. (Negotiating for 2025-2026 school year.)
