Job Description:

Manvel is looking for an elementary education teacher, most likely 5th grade. This position would teach all 4 major content areas and work collaboratively with staff in grades 3 and 4 with respect to standards based teaching and learning and assessment data with STAR Renaissance and A+ ND interim assessments. 

The base salary at Manvel Public School for the 2024-25 school year was $46,939.45. Manvel pays 12.75% of TFFR and teachers get 10 sick days/ year that can be built to 65. We offer 5 personal days/year and pay $105.00 for day that does not get used. We also have funeral leave (2 days and potentially up to 10), 1 emergency leave day that can be used yearly with administrative discretion, and 2 professional days. We offer a full single health insurance policy to our staff as well.
