BARR Coordinator Job Description 

Building Assets, Reducing Risk Secondary Coordinator Purpose 

The coordinator’s role is to coordinate the BARR Implementation effort. The coordinator works with school counselors, school social workers, administrators, teaching staff, support staff, and families to ensure that all students feel connected and supported in school. The coordinator ensures that staff is focused on meeting the needs of all students. The coordinator guarantees BARR’s success by making appropriate adjustments to meet student and staff needs.
