Central Middle School has an immediate opening for a Special Education Teacher to teach 7th and 8th grade students.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Qualifications: Must have or be eligible for a North Dakota teaching license in Special Education. General Strategist credential preferred.

Job Goal: The special education teacher a will plan and provide appropriate learning experiences for 6-8 grade students with disabilities in a variety of educational settings. The person in this position is responsible for creating a flexible program and learning environment that provides specialized instruction for students with disabilities, such that the students benefit from the general education curriculum to the greatest extent possible when supported with accommodations, paraprofessionals and other needed support.
