Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team. The Paraprofessional will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support the educational and/or behavioral needs of students.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing the curriculum under the guidance of the lead teacher
- Support students in their learning activities and provide individualized attention
- Help with classroom management and behavior reinforcement
- Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans and educational materials
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide support for students with special education needs

Requirements:
-High school diploma required, some college preferred
-Background check to be completed
