Job Description:

We are in the process of piloting an elementary NDCDE virtual school, and part of that work includes having a learning coach for students. 
 
The learning coach would support students who will be taking courses through NDCDE. This role is very manageable and would average no more than about 5 hours per week.
 
As a learning coach, you'd be the main person the students check in with during the school day, especially when they need help accessing tests or connecting with their NDCDE teacher. 

The primary responsibilities include:
Providing a quiet, supervised space when they’re testing
Helping them stay on track in their courses
Being their point of contact when they need help getting into tests
Communicating with the NDCDE teacher if something comes up
Assisting with submitting work or basic tech issues
Being present during testing and entering the test password (students are not allowed to have it)
 
Overall, the role is centered around supporting the students, checking in with them, and helping them access assessments when needed.
 
This is a paid position and would take place during normal school hours.
