Job Description:

Shiloh Christian School is seeking a Head Volleyball Coach passionate about developing student-athletes. This individual will lead our volleyball program with excellence while intentionally discipling students to grow as Christ-followers, teammates, and leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the volleyball program, including practice planning, game preparation, and player development
• Foster a positive, Christ-centered team culture that emphasizes discipleship, sportsmanship, and respect
• Oversee and support middle school and junior varsity coaching staff, promoting consistency in program culture, instruction, and discipleship.
• Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, and school administration
• Collaborate with athletic department staff to support program goals and school initiatives
• Ensure compliance with school policies and conference or league requirements

Qualifications

• Commitment to Shiloh Christian School’s mission, vision, and core values
• Demonstrated experience coaching volleyball (head or assistant coaching experience preferred)
• Ability to mentor and disciple student-athletes both on and off the court
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Desire to partner with families and the school community in the development of students
