Job Description:

The Kulm Public School District (KPS) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Superintendent of Schools. The Superintendent serves as the chief executive officer of the district and works collaboratively with the School Board, staff, students, families, and community to ensure the effective operation of the school system.

Qualifications
North Dakota Superintendent credential (or ability to obtain)
Successful experience in educational leadership
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of school finance, curriculum, and state and federal requirements
Commitment to student achievement and staff development

Start date: July 1, 2026
