Job Description:

Central Middle School (Grades 6-8) has an opening for an Instructional Coach to collaborate with teachers, support staff, students and families for improving student learning. The instructional coach will focus on the effective use of curriculum, instruction, observations, feedback and professional development. This position has an emphasis on effective communication and relationship-building skills to begin and maintain professional relationships. DOE-based salary.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Master’s Degree in Elementary Administration, Reading/Math Education, or Curriculum/Instruction or willingness to work toward such degree.
Possess a valid North Dakota Teaching Certificate.
Will have (or has) worked as full time teacher for minimum of 5 years.
