Position Title:    Teacher, Elementary (Kindergarten) or Long-Term Kindergarten Substitute
Department:      Elementary
Reports To:       Elementary Principal

Summary:
We are seeking a full-time elementary teacher to start August 2026.  

SALARY:  Base salary starting at $40,300 (with master's: $44,850)
BENEFITS: Full single health insurance, FULL  (both sides) TFFR Retirement, 10 sick days, 3 personal days.

Richland #44 School District is a Class B school district of about 300 students with two school buildings (PK-6 in Abercrombie and 7-12 in Colfax). We are idyllically located about halfway between Fargo and Wahpeton, giving families and staff the best of both worlds with a small-town feel close to larger areas.
