Elementary Teaching PositionRoosevelt Public School – Carson, ND

Roosevelt Public School is seeking a passionate and student-centered elementary teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. Grade level assignment will be determined based on the best fit for our students and staff.

Roosevelt is a K–8 school located in rural south central North Dakota, with a student-to-teacher ratio of less than 10:1. Our small class sizes allow for strong relationships, individualized instruction, and a team approach where everyone supports one another. Teachers are supported through collaboration and a strong team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid North Dakota teaching license (or ability to obtain)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• A positive, team-oriented mindset

• Interest in being involved in and contributing to a small school community

• Experience or interest in rural education and multi-grade settings is a plus

• $45,000 starting salary

• District pays 8% of teacher’s TFFR contribution
