The Hebron Public School District is seeking applicants for a full-time science teacher grades 7-12 for the 2026-2027 school year.
Depends on Experience ($42,000-60,000) + Hebron Public School pays for a full single health insurance policy. Life Insurance and disability. Receive 10 sick days per year cumulative to 90 days. 3 personal leave days per year cumulative to 5 days. Eligible to belong to the Hebron Public Schools sick bank. Pay half of TFFR. 10 years experience accepted. Pay to doctorate degree.
Hebron Public School District is a K-12 districct with 155 students, located 5 miles off the interstate. We are an hour's drive from Bismarck and one-half hour drive from Dickinson. The district has a favorable reputation for high academic standards and ample extra-curricular activity opportunities. The pupil:teacher ratio is 12 to 1 on average. The teaching staff has a high tenure/longevity rate. We received the Distinguished School Award in 2025-2026 from the Department of Public Instruction for exceptional student achievement in 2025. Only two schools in the state of North Dakota received this award. We have been rated as one of the top 10 elementary schools in the state of North Dakota for 5 years running.
Community: We have a wonderful community with many businesses including a movie theater, restaurants, coffe shop, wildlife club and swimming pool just to name a few. There are many outdoor activities within a short distance from Hebron including hunting, fishing, boating, golfing, hiking, camping, and many more.
Qualifications: Must have or be willing to obtain a ND teacher's license from the ND-Educations Standards and Practices Board and meet requirements set by the Department of Public Instruction.
