Director of Facilities

Shiloh Christian School is seeking a Director of Facilities to lead the care, maintenance, and daily operations of our campus. This role ensures our facilities are clean, safe, and ready to support student learning each day.This is a working leadership role. In our small school environment, the Director is expected to both lead and actively contribute to daily custodial and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in daily cleaning, maintenance, and facility operations
• Prioritize and address facility needs (daily, weekly, seasonal)
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate larger maintenance projects
• Lead and support the facilities team to ensure all critical areas are covered
• Manage supplies, equipment, and facility-related needs
• Assist with event setup, grounds care, and seasonal tasks (including snow removal)

Position Details
