High School Summer School Instructor (Math – Conclusion to Algebra 1)

Summer 2026

Hours: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Summer School Dates: 05/26/2026 to 6/26/2026

First Semester Dates: 5/26/2026 - 6/10/2026
Second Semester Dates: 6/11/2026 - 06/26/2026
 
Position Summary:
Mandan Public Schools is seeking applicants for a High School Summer School Instructor position. This role will focus specifically on teaching math, with an emphasis on a Conclusion to Algebra course.
This course covers Algebra 1 (second semester concepts) and is delivered in an accelerated format equivalent to two semesters of instructional time.
 
Qualifications:
Must hold appropriate license from the ND Education Standards and Practices Board.

Position Type: Part-Time

Bachelor degree preferred.
Citizenship, residency or work visa required



Other:

Salary: $34.41 per hour, with 72 hours paid per semester taught, including 60 classroom hours and 12 hours of preparation time.
