Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and innovative STEM teacher to instruct 7th and 8th-grade students at the STEM camp at Hughes Education Center in June. 

During this two-week camp, students will be participating in fun, hands-on STEM-related activities and projects such as engineering challenges, flight simulation, the design process, social impact projects, and so much more!

Camps are all offered in 2-week sessions from June 1st – June 11th Monday – Thursday from 8am – 12pm and repeat again from June 15th – June 25th Monday – Thursday from 8am – 12pm. These camps will be held at the Hughes Education Center.

Curriculum pay is offered for planning time. 

Qualifications:
A valid ND teaching certificate. You must be certified in the area in which you are teaching.

The hourly rate for summer school is based on the 2025-26 teacher salary schedule. External candidates can bring in 16 years of teaching experience for placement on the salary schedule.
