Job Description:

Midkota Public School is seeking a student-centered, collaborative High School Counselor to join our team. This position may be structured as part-time or full-time, depending on candidate availability and district needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting students’ academic planning and graduation pathways
• Providing social-emotional guidance and student support
• Assisting with college and career readiness activities
• Coordinating scholarships, testing, and postsecondary planning
• Collaborating with staff, families, and community partners
• Helping foster a positive and supportive school culture

Qualifications:

• Valid (or ability to obtain) North Dakota School Counselor credential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to helping students succeed academically and personally

Base salary is $46,000, DOE.  We offer a Health Insurance & Retirement plan, Life & Disability Insurance
