Job Description:
Minot High School - Minot, North Dakota
Hours per day: 8 hrs/day - 9-month position
The Tool Room Attendant plays a key role in supporting the Career and Technical Education (CTE) automotive programs by ensuring tools and shop areas are well-organized, maintained, and accessible to students and staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
Maintain an accurate inventory of all tools used in Auto Body and Auto Technology classes
Receive, catalog, and tag new tools as they are acquired
Utilize a scanning system to check tools in and out to students during class periods
Monitor tool usage and ensure all items are returned and properly accounted for
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in the tool room
Facility Support Duties:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of four CTE classrooms
Help oversee and maintain shop sinks and work areas
Support upkeep of shared restrooms within the CTE area

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliability and consistency in tracking and managing equipment
Ability to work independently and support a structured learning environment
