Early Learning Director

Shiloh Christian School is seeking an Early Learning Director to provide vision, leadership, and oversight for our Early Learning program. As a ND Bright & Early Step 4 program, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, engaging, and Christ-centered early childhood experience that supports both developmental growth and spiritual formation.

Required Qualifications

• Must meet or be eligible to meet North Dakota Department of Health & Human Services (NDHHS) licensing requirements for an Early Learning Director
  Must qualify as Category E (CDA) or higher on the Growing Futures ND Career Pathway
• Ability to obtain and maintain required credentials, including: Aim4Excellence Credential, Gold Interrater Reliability Certification
• Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification
• Successful completion of required background checks
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through Growing Futures-approved training
• Alignment with Shiloh Christian School’s mission and a desire to lead in a Christ-centered environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
• Prior experience in early childhood program leadership or administration
• Experience working within a licensed childcare or preschool setting
• Familiarity with Bright & Early ND standards and quality rating systems
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing early childhood staff
