Job Description:

Century High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Boys Swimming Coach to lead our Patriots swim/dive program.

This individual will be responsible for building a competitive, well-organized, and athlete-centered program that emphasizes growth, accountability, and team culture. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of swimming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with and motivate student-athletes.

Please note - Coaches who hold an ND teaching license - wages are reportable to the North Dakota Teacher's Fund for Retirement (TFFR).  The employee (coach) will contribute 11.75% of their salary, and the District will contribute 12.75%.
