Assistant Volleyball Coaches

Shiloh Christian School is seeking two coaches to join our volleyball coaching team - specifically a junior varsity and a 7th grade volleyball coach - for the 2026-27 season.

We believe athletics provide a meaningful opportunity to develop character, teamwork, leadership, perseverance, and Christ-centered sportsmanship both on and off the court. The ideal candidate will foster a positive team culture while helping student-athletes grow in skill, confidence, and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead practices
• Teach volleyball fundamentals, teamwork, and game strategy
• Encourage positive sportsmanship and Christ-centered character development
• Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and school personnel
• Support the mission and values of Shiloh Christian School
• Coordinate with the varsity coaching staff to support program alignment and player development

Qualifications

Ideal candidates:

• Have prior volleyball coaching and/or playing experience
• Enjoy working with middle school and high school student-athletes
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Model professionalism, integrity, and Christ-centered mentorship
• Are able to create a positive, competitive, and development-focused team environment
