Job Description:

2026-2027 Full Circle Paraprofessional
Full Circle Learning is a special education day program designed to support students with intensive behavioral and social-emotional needs through relationship-based, individualized programming. The program focuses on meeting students where they are while helping them build self-regulation, academic, and social-emotional skills.

We are looking for staff who:

Are team-oriented and flexible
Have patience, consistency, and a willingness to learn
Are passionate about supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs
As part of the Full Circle program, paraprofessionals are required to participate in a professional growth pathway through the Special Education Technician Program. This program includes coursework and on-the-job learning experiences designed to build skills and support staff working with students with intensive needs.

LOCATION: Prairie Rose Elementary

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Normally 175 working days (the actual number of working days may vary as determined by the superintendent). Typically working 8 hours per day depending on position / 40 hours per week/ 9 months per year- willing to be flexible and hire for shorter hours. 

The Board of Education determines salary and benefits in accordance with the 2026-2027 Classified Salary & Benefit Package.
