Job Description:

Century High School is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as our Head Girls Hockey Coach. We are looking for a strong leader who is committed to creating a positive team culture, developing student-athletes, and building a successful hockey program both on and off the ice.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively lead all aspects of a high school hockey program. The head coach must communicate clearly and professionally with student-athletes, families, assistant coaches, school administration, and others involved with the program.

Most importantly, we are looking for a coach who can connect with, motivate, and inspire student-athletes.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with players, hold them to high standards, and create an environment where student-athletes are excited to compete, improve, and be part of the team.

The Head Girls Hockey Coach will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for the overall program while creating an experience that helps student-athletes grow as hockey players, teammates, and young people.

Please note - Coaches who hold a ND teaching license - wages are reportable to the North Dakota Teacher's Fund for Retirement (TFFR).  The employee (coach) will contribute 11.75% of their salary and the District will contribute 12.75%.

Salary: $6,639 to $8,963 Per Year
