Job Description:

Selfridge Public School District, Selfridge, North Dakota, seeks a highly qualified superintendent who is certified in ND or is eligible to become certified. The successful candidate will assume responsibilities of the position July 1, 2025. The North Dakota School Boards Association (NDSBA) has been engaged to assist the school board with this search by identifying and screening applicants. A competitive salary commensurate with experience plus benefits is being offered.

Application Procedure:

To be considered for this position, an applicant’s file must be completed and received by the NDSBA office and must contain:

· A formal letter of application

· Resume

· A completed application supplied by NDSBA

· Certification of teaching; principal and superintendent credential

· Transcripts from institutions where bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree were earned; do not include transcripts for other coursework

· Two letters of recommendation dated no earlier than 2024

· Applicants claiming Veterans’ Preference must be a North Dakota resident, a wartime veteran, and include form DD-214.

Selfridge is a great small school with lots of resources.  The school has a friendly staff and student body.  The school board is very good to work with.  There is housing available.
