• Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking student progress and performance to ensure they are on track for academic success.

• Curriculum Knowledge: Understanding K-5 instructional practices in literacy and the Science of Reading/Structured Literacy.

• Instructional Support: Utilizing effective teaching strategies to support teachers in analyzing, communicating, modeling, and assessing elements of the teaching process.
